中国“一带一路”战略的提出,极大地推动了沿线国家的发展,也为中国企业实施“走出去”战略创造了条件,但由于各国国情不同,中国企业跨国经营必然面临诸多问题。结合中国黄金集团公司Kichi-Chaarat金铜矿项目和Soremi铜铅锌矿项目人力资源现状,阐述了在海外矿业项目建设进程中人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,为中国企业在“一带一路”沿线国家进行矿产资源开发提供借鉴。
The proposed “One Belt, One Road” strategy in China has greatly promoted the development of the countries along the line and created the conditions for Chinese enterprises to implement the strategy of “going global.” However, due to the different national conditions in different countries, multinational corporations inevitably face many problems . Combined with the status quo of Kichi-Chaarat gold and copper mine project of China National Gold Group Company and human resources status of Soremi Copper-Lead-Zinc Mine project, this paper elaborates the existing problems of human resources management in the process of overseas mining project construction and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for Chinese enterprises in “Belt and Road” Countries along the development of mineral resources to provide reference.
