《山西省人民政府关于加快推进煤矿企业兼并重组的实施意见》的出台,拉开了全省煤矿企业兼并重组的序幕。在转型发展、跨越发展的过程中,这些兼并重组企业的管理理念、生产模式和分配机制等发生了根本性转变,新旧交错,利益冲突导致职工的思想观念出现了新变化。做好兼并重组煤矿企业思想政治工作,为推动企业科学发展提供思想保证和精神动力是对政工干部在新时期、新形式下的考验。
