《中华人民共和国公务员法》自今年1 月1日起生效实施。公务员法是我国干部人事管理第一部带有总章程性质的法律。公务员法的出台和实施,在干部人事工作历史中具有里程碑的意义,对于贯彻依法冶国方略和推进社会主义民主政治建设也具有重大意义。但是实施公务员法,也存在一些难点,需要我们研究解决。
The Civil Service Law of the People’s Republic of China shall come into force on January 1 this year. The Civil Service Law is the first law of cadres and personnel administration with general constitutional character in our country. The promulgation and implementation of the civil servant law have a milestone in the history of cadre and personnel work and are of great significance to implementing the strategy of souring the country according to law and advancing the construction of socialist democracy. However, the implementation of the civil service law, there are some difficulties, we need to study and solve.
