我国幅员广大,自然灾害时有发生。在洪灾期间,对食品造成的污染是多方面的,其卫生管理工作涉及到政策性、业务技术性、社会群众性,情况比较复杂。为此,总结洪灾期间食品卫生管理工作,对灾害期间将提供有益的借鉴。 我们作为食品卫生监督管理部门,意识到洪灾期间食品卫生管理工作的重要,职责的重大。在洪灾期间,一是饮用水受到大量的生活垃圾、粪便、废水、化学物的严重污染,郊区及部分居民饮用洪水;二是食品短缺,饥不择食,人们食品卫生要求意识降低,加上腐败变质食品、死因不明禽畜、鱼类增多;三是市民经过连续抗洪抢险极度疲劳、没有正常生活规律,加上食品来源困难、营养水平下降,身体抗病能
Our country is vast in size and natural disasters occur from time to time. During the floods, the pollution caused to food is multifaceted. Its health management involves the policy, business technical and social masses. The situation is rather complicated. To sum up the food hygiene management during the flood, it will provide useful reference for the disaster. As a food hygiene supervision and management department, we are aware of the importance and responsibility of food hygiene management during floods. During the floods, first, drinking water was heavily contaminated with domestic waste, excrement, waste water and chemicals, and floods were consumed in the suburbs and some residents. Second, food shortages, hunger for food and people’s awareness of hygienic requirements for food hygiene were reduced. Coupled with spoilage foods , Cause of death unknown poultry, fish increased; Third, the public after continuous flood fighting and rescue extremely tired, there is no normal law of life, coupled with difficulties in food sources, nutrition levels decline, the body disease resistance
