在原柴油机的基础上 ,采用进气道多点电控顺序喷射单一气体LPG闭环控制并加装三效催化器系统 ,通过多项试验得到了改造后发动机的热负荷变化规律 ,并有效地降低了热负荷。在ECU严格控制过量空气系数的情况下 ,使改造后的燃气发动机的动力性、经济性以及排放性等性能参数既满足预定目标 ,又能使其排放指标达到欧Ⅱ标准。
On the basis of the original diesel engine, a single-gas LPG closed-loop control with multi-point intake air control and sequential injection of three-way catalytic converter system was adopted. Through multiple tests, the change rule of the engine thermal load was obtained, Heat load. When the ECU strictly controls the excess air ratio, the performance parameters such as dynamic, economical and emission characteristics of the reformed gas engine can not only meet the predetermined target but also meet the Euro Ⅱ standard.
