听企业老总讲述接受IT“熏陶”的感受,一定很有意思。叶知秋在一次关于企业IT战略的小型研讨会上,遇到了曾任某石油公司老总的张永泽博士。 研讨会的题目是“企业IT战略规划”,既然是战略,张永泽觉得自己来听还是蛮对味的,而且主讲人的水平也很高——名校MBA、著名咨询公司高级顾问、主持过若干大型战略项目。演讲分三个方面,一是讲IT战略的意义;二是讲如何规划IT战略;三是通过一些案例,介绍IT战略“看上去是什么样的”。 中间休息的时候,主讲人刚讲完前两个部分。不过,张博士大概已经听得云山雾罩了,“EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)到底是什么意思?还有那个无所不在的Solution,到底要解决什么?IT战略和企业战略究竟是什么关系?”

Ye Zhiqiu met with Dr. Zhang Yongze, a former oil company executive, at a small seminar on corporate IT strategy. The topic of the seminar was “Enterprise IT Strategic Planning.” Since it was a strategy, Zhang Yongze felt that he was still quite sympathetic, and that the level of the speakers was also high. The MBA of famous universities, senior consultants of famous consulting companies, and several large-scale consultants presided over them. Strategic project. The speech is divided into three aspects. One is to talk about the significance of IT strategy; the other is to talk about how to plan an IT strategy; and the third is to introduce the IT strategy “what it looks like” through some cases. During the middle break, the speaker had just finished the first two parts. However, Dr. Zhang may have heard the cloud. “What does the ”EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) mean? And what is the ubiquitous Solution? What is the relationship between IT strategy and corporate strategy?"
