随着三元驱块进入结垢高峰期,油田开发工作中作业率和返工率不断攀升,三元驱采出井如何有效进行防垢、除垢,成为当下急需解决的关键性技术课题。抽油泵机械密封技术因其“零间隙”密封以及弹性伸缩的技术特点,具有成为解决三元井提泵效、防垢卡等技术问题的潜力。通过模拟试验的方式,分析该技术的理论技术特征,并与实际应用效果进行对比,从而验证机械密封技术的密封性能是否适用于三元驱井生产环境。本文的试验数据为评价抽油泵密封性能价值提供可靠的技术指标,促进机械密封技术的革新和推广,为三元驱井综合治理提供可行性方案。
With the flooding of the three-way flooding into the fouling peak, the operating rate and rework rate in oilfield development work are on the rise. How to effectively prevent scale and scale removal in the tri-flooding production well has become a key technical issue urgently needed to be solved. Oil pump mechanical seal technology because of its “zero clearance ” seal and flexible telescopic technical features, has become a potential to solve the technical problems such as three-dimensional well pumping efficiency, anti-fouling card. Through the simulation test, the theoretical and technical characteristics of the technology are analyzed and compared with the actual application to verify whether the sealing performance of the mechanical seal technology is suitable for the production environment of the ASP flooding. The experimental data in this paper provide a reliable technical index for evaluating the sealing performance of the pump and promote the innovation and popularization of the mechanical seal technology so as to provide a feasible solution for the comprehensive management of the three-dimension drive.
