石林供电有限责任公司(以下简称公司)以南方电网公司大政方针为指导,认真贯彻”完善、规范、巩固、提高”的总体要求,在农网建设改造工程完成后,将工作重心逐步转移到加强基础管理上来,以“发展要有新水平,管理要上新台阶,服务要有新举措,文化要有新创造”的工作思路:以贯彻实施ISO9001质量管理体系为主线,按照“健全制度、规范管理、真诚服务、提高效益”的总体目标,紧扣“改革、安全、效益、服务”四个主题,夯实基础管理,实现了公司整体管理水平的提升,增强了企业竞争力。
Shilin Power Supply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), guided by the major policies of China Southern Power Grid Company, conscientiously implemented the overall requirements of “perfecting, standardizing, consolidating and improving”.
