目的研究联合使用二氧化碳激光和咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的复发情况,与局部和血清细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)改变的关系,探讨联合治疗后复发产生的部分机制。方法联合使用二氧化碳激光和咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣。根据疗效分为治疗有效组和治疗后复发组,每组各30例。收集治疗前病理及血清标本,病理标本用免疫组织化学法标记TNF-α,血清标本用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测TNF-α的含量,并探讨其相互关系。结果联合治疗后复发病人局部表皮中的TNF-α表达弱,血清中TNF-α表达亦弱,两者表现出了较强的相关性。结论联合治疗后复发病人局部皮肤中及血清中的TNF-α降低,可能与其复发机制有关。
Objective To study the relapse of condyloma acuminatum treated with carbon dioxide laser and imiquimod and the relationship between local and serum cytokine TNF-α and explore the mechanism of recurrence after combined therapy. Methods Combined use of carbon dioxide laser and imiquimod to treat genital warts. According to the curative effect is divided into treatment effective group and post-treatment recurrence group, each group of 30 cases. Pathological and serum samples were collected before treatment, and TNF-α was labeled by immunohistochemical staining. Serum samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect the content of TNF-α. Results After the combination therapy, the expression of TNF-α in the local epidermis was weak and the expression of TNF-α in serum was weak. The two showed a strong correlation. Conclusion The decrease of TNF-α in the local skin and serum after the combination therapy may be related to its recurrence mechanism.
