采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,对 2 7尾黄鳝的血清蛋白进行了分析。①血清蛋白区带雌鳝卵巢Ⅱ~Ⅳ期为 8~ 1 1条 ,雄鳝精巢Ⅰ~Ⅳ期为 1 1~ 1 4条 ,雌雄间体鳝为 1 7~ 2 0条。经CS— 930岛津双波长色谱扫描发现处于性逆转期的雌雄间体鳝有较多的吸收峰。②雄鳝比雌鳝多的血清蛋白是大分子的糖脂蛋白 ,黄鳝性逆转可能与这种蛋白的增加有关
Serum proteins of 27 eel were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. ① Serum protein bands of females ovary Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ period of 8 to 11, the male eel nest Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ period of 11 ~ 14, between the male and female body eel was 17 ~ 20. The CS-930 Shimadzu dual-wavelength chromatographic scan found in sexual inversion between the male and female body eel have more absorption peaks. ② male eel more than the female eel serum protein is a macromolecule of the glycolipoprotein, eel sex reversal may be related to the increase of this protein
