根据机械部(84)机技字235号文“关于进一步安排贯彻JB179—83《渐开线圆柱齿轮精度》(下称新标准)的通知”要求,新标准于1983年7月1日起实施,JB179—60《圆柱齿轮传动公差》(下称旧标准)于1985年6月30日废止。实施新标准的原则是一般按“级套级”的方法,若暂时达不到级套级的要求,也可用“数套级”方法过渡,但过度时期最迟不能超过1986年底。齿轮副的侧隙可按旧标准换算,也可按产品的工作条件重新确定。鉴于上述情况,本文主要介绍低速重载渐开线圆柱齿轮减速器的齿轮精度套级方法与齿轮副的侧隙换算,同时提出贯彻新标准过程中的几个要点,仅供齿轮设计和工艺人员贯彻有关国标时参考。
