Cardiopulmonary resuscitation refers to the rescuing after the heartbeat stops breathing. The most serious consequences of a cessation of heartbeat are hypoxia and the consequent metabolic acidosis. Brain cells are the most resistant to hypoxia. According to the literature, brain cells are irreversibly damaged after being stopped for 4 to 6 minutes at room temperature, the success rate of recovery is extremely low, and the nervous system sequelae of survivors are serious. Even think that children have no signs of resuscitation after 5 minutes of cardiac arrest. The theories and technologies of cardiopulmonary resuscitation since the 1960s have been continuously developed, and the success rate of resuscitation has also been greatly improved. It is not uncommon for a report of successful resuscitation in a country with a heartbeat of more than 5 minutes, indicating that the above hypoxic time limit can not be done
