1985年Rowland等设计的可控性回结肠膀胱成形术是目前尿流改道手术中可供选择的较好方法。1990年以来,我们为3例膀胱癌患者施行了此术(略加改进),效果满意,报告如下。1 临床资料3例膀胱癌,男2例,女1例,年龄分别为45、50和56岁。2例为复发性膀胱癌,1例为多发性膀胱癌,均符合全膀胱切除术指征。2 手术方法 Designed by Rowland et al in 1985, the controllability of ileocecal cystoplasty is a better alternative to current urinary diversion surgery. Since 1990, we have performed this procedure (slightly improved) for 3 patients with bladder cancer, with satisfactory results, the report is as follows. 1 clinical data 3 cases of bladder cancer, 2 males and 1 females, aged 45, 50 and 56 respectively. 2 cases of recurrent bladder cancer, 1 case of multiple bladder cancer, are in line with the cystectomy indications. 2 surgical methods
