随着机关事业单位改革的不断深入,编制外人员成为机关事业单位一支重要的力量。但从目前情况来看,机关事业单位编内与编制外人员的“双轨制”问题愈加凸显,反映出编制外人员的薪酬体系改革势在必行。本文在阐释机关事业单位编外用工现状的基础上,找出机关事业单位编制外人员薪酬体系存在的问题和原因,最后提出机关事业单位编制外聘用人员薪酬管理的合理性对策建议。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of government agencies and institutions, the preparation of external personnel to become an important force in institutions and institutions. However, judging from the current situation, the issue of “dual-track system” of organs and public institutions in preparation and preparation of external personnel is even more conspicuous.
