建立了同时测定果蔬汁饮料中11种酚酸化合物的反相高效液相色谱方法。采用WondaSil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈和体积分数0.5%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,波长为280 nm和330 nm。在1.0~50.0 mg/L的线性范围内,11种酚酸的相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均小于2%,回收率为90.2%~102.2%,检出限为0.015~0.030 mg/L。
An RP-HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of eleven phenolic compounds in fruit and vegetable juices. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid with gradient elution on a WondaSil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 35 ° C and a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min at 280 nm and 330 nm. The correlation coefficients of 11 phenolic acids were all greater than 0.999 in the linear range of 1.0-50.0 mg / L, the relative standard deviations were less than 2% and the recoveries were 90.2% -102.2% with the detection limits of 0.015-0.030 mg / L .
