喷涂式轻质砂浆-冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体是在冷弯薄壁型钢骨架区格间放置聚苯乙烯泡沫板,并在骨架外侧喷涂轻质砂浆制成。通过对3个喷涂式轻质砂浆-冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的压弯性能进行足尺试验,研究其受力过程、承载能力和破坏模式。结果表明:喷涂式轻质砂浆-冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的破坏现象为立柱中截面的受拉翼缘屈服;轻质砂浆对立柱的支承作用使立柱承载能力和抗弯刚度显著增加,并具有良好的压弯性能。采用考虑材料、几何和接触非线性的ANSYS有限元程序,对试验模型的受力性能进行模拟,非线性有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。以简支T形截面组合立柱作为计算模型,提出了考虑砂浆与立柱之间黏结滑移效应的组合立柱截面压弯强度计算式,采用有限元计算值和试验值对所给出的公式进行验证,结果较为吻合。

The ANSYS finite element program considering the material, geometry and contact nonlinearity is used to simulate the mechanical behavior of the test model. The nonlinear finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Based on the calculation of simple T-shaped cross-section columns, the formulas for calculating the buckling strength of composite columns considering the effect of bond-slip between mortar and column are proposed. The calculated formulas are validated by finite element analysis and experimental results , The result is more consistent.
