提出并分析了两种用于微波泵浦气体激光器的微波谐振放电腔结构,一是双T谐振腔,一是行波共振腔。其特点是共振增强微波电场的场强和消除微波输入端的反射。特别是行波共振腔,由于消除了驻波状态,可以获得非常均匀的放电,这对改善激光器性能是非常重要的。
Two kinds of microwave resonant discharge cavity structures for microwave pumped gas laser are proposed and analyzed. One is a double-T resonant cavity and the other is a traveling-wave resonant cavity. It is characterized by resonance enhancing the field strength of the microwave electric field and eliminating the reflection at the microwave input. Especially the traveling-wave resonator, it is very important to improve the performance of the laser that a very uniform discharge can be obtained due to elimination of the standing wave state.
