列车轴承立体仓库系统是一种集信息、存储、管理于一体,用于自动存储的自动化立体仓库系统(AS/RS)。该系统运用目前新技术,解决了以往存在的轴承存储位置不准确与选配轴承时匹配精度不高的问题。在系统实现中它以OMRON CQM1H系列PLC为控制中心,结合变频调速技术并与工控机相结合,实现了与HMIS的高度集成。本文介绍了该系统的系统结构、各子系统功能及各主要部分的设计与实现,并对数据采集、存储与选配算法及上下位机通信进行了详细介绍。最后简略介绍了PLC模拟仿真软件对控制部分的仿真。经实际应用表明,该系统具有较高的控制精度及性能,对提高列车轴承管理效率具有重要意义。
Train bearing three-dimensional warehouse system is a collection of information, storage, management integration for automated storage automated warehouse system (AS / RS). The system uses the current new technology to solve the problem of inaccurate bearing storage location and matching accuracy when bearing is selected. In the system realization it OMRON CQM1H series PLC as the control center, combines the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology and the labor controlling machine unifies, has realized the highly integration with HMIS. This paper introduces the system structure of the system, the function of each subsystem and the design and implementation of the main parts. The data acquisition, storage and matching algorithms and the communication of upper and lower computer are introduced in detail. Finally, a brief introduction of the PLC simulation software simulation of the control part. The practical application shows that the system has high control accuracy and performance, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of train bearing management.
