消费者权益保护法对于保护消费者的合法权益具有重要的作用。我国现行的消费者权益保护法,在适用中面临着许多不适应社会发展,需要亟待完善的问题。文章从消费者权益保护法出现的一些弊病入手,分析完善立法的必要性,并就如何完善消费者权益保护法提出自己的一些设想。 Consumer rights protection law for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers play an important role. The current law on the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in our country faces many problems which are not suitable for social development and need urgent improvement. The article starts with some defects of the Consumer Protection Law, analyzes the necessity of improving the legislation, and puts forward some ideas about how to perfect the law of the protection of consumers’ rights and interests.
