近几年来,电力企业大规模开展信息化建设,使得管理信息系统在我国电力行业中得到了新的起步与进一步发展。在深入研究工作流技术原理及现有电力工程项目管理的基础上,设计和研究了一个基于工作流技术的电力工程项目管理系统。通过该系统可以实现电力生产工程项目的全过程信息化管理,使项目管理工作更加透明,不但整合了电力企业信息资源,达到资源共享的目的,还可以完成高效的项目管理,提高企业运营效率。该系统满足了现代工程管理对项目整个生命周期实施管理的需求,使企业各部门可以根据各自任务的不同,按项目管理的流程,彼此间进行有序的协作,从而形成一条流水式作业的管理流程,达到工程项目管理变革的要求。
