水是一种宏量营养素,在维持生命方面仅次于氧气,比食物更重要。人不吃食物可以存活数周甚至数月,但若没有水数日即会死亡。水除在机体组织器官间起着运输营养和排泄废物外。还有①参与代谢全过程;②调节体温;③维持血容量;④维持腺体正常分泌等生理功能。因水占婴幼儿体重的70%~80%,成人则为60%,所以婴幼儿对水比成人更显得重要。平时需特别注意及时给婴幼儿补充水分(主要是喝水)。以下就怎样给婴幼儿喝水谈几个问题。
