近期,陕西省食品药品监督管理局相继制定出台了《陕西省食品小作坊监督管理办法》、《陕西省小餐饮管理办法》、《陕西省食品摊贩管理办法》三项新规,并于2016年1月1日正式施行。省食药监局有关负责人表示,这三部《办法》的出台进一步完善了陕西省“三小”管理制度,陕西省将以零容忍的态度严厉打击食品安全违法行为。
Recently, Shaanxi Food and Drug Administration successively formulated and promulgated three new regulations: “Measures for the Supervision and Management of Small Food Establishments in Shaanxi Province”, “Measures for the Administration of Small Catering in Shaanxi Province” and “Measures for the Administration of Food Vendors in Shaanxi Province” January 1 formally implemented. Provincial Food and Drug Administration officials said the introduction of these three “measures” to further improve the “three small” management system in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province will be zero tolerance to crack down on food safety violations.
