本文介绍一种参数化编码方法,所提出的轮廓描述表及其约束关系表,用以描述零件形状基本元素之间的拓扑、几何信息及表达其约束关系.对闭合轮廓及非闭合轮廓均适用,并实现了轮廓描述表及约束关系表的交互与自动建立.这种参数化编码方法对图形输入、模具标准零件及非标准零件形状的设计及其图形绘制与修改,具有较大的实用性,所建立的图库具有柔性和扩充性.用该方法实现的参数化编码工具系统PCTS,应用于华中理工大学模具技术国家重点实验室开发的冲裁模CAD/CAM(HPC2.0)系统之中,效果良好
This paper presents a parametric coding method, the proposed contour description table and its constraint relation table, to describe the topology of the basic elements of the shape of the geometry information and the expression of its constraint relationship. It is applicable to both closed and non-closed contours, and achieves the interaction and automatic establishment of contour description tables and constraint relations tables. This parametric coding method for graphics input, mold parts and non-standard part standard shape design and graphics rendering and modification, with greater practicality, the establishment of the library with flexibility and scalability. The parametric coding tool system PCTS realized by this method is applied to the blanking die CAD / CAM (HPC2.0) system developed by the State Key Laboratory of Mold Technology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology
