《砖石工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ203-83)第3.0.13条规定:“水泥砂浆中掺入有机塑化剂时,砌体抗压强度应较水泥混合砂浆砌体降低10%。”关于砌体强度如何换算为砂浆强度,《建筑技术》1986年第4期“施工中有关砌筑砂浆的两个问题”一文介绍了换算方法,即先将砌体强度乘上1.1,然后按提高后的砌体强度,由《砖石结构设计规范》(GBJ3-73)表1查出对应的砂浆强度值。此文刊出后,有的读者提出,换算时不应将砌体强度乘上1.1,而是应该除以0.9。
