中国石油天然气集团公司实施的产权制度改革是一项令内外关注、牵动人心的企业改革工程,改制试点效果的好坏直接关系到面上改制工作的进展。为了解试点单位的改制情况,以便总结经验,规范标准,在试点的基础上稳步推开、有序进行,集团公司从去年以来先后多次委派调研组到试点单位进行调研。本刊特邀请参与调研的杨景民、孟宪铎、彭剑琴三位长期从事经济研究和管理工作的专家、教授,就“企业改制试点告诉我们什么”这一话题进行了座谈。
