研究再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结滑移性能,是再生混凝土推广应用的基础工作之一。通过拉拔试验,进行72个再生混凝土试件的拔出试验。基于试验结果,分析再生粗骨料取代率、钢筋的锚固长度、钢筋类型和钢筋直径对再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结性能的影响。得到随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,再生混凝土与钢筋之间的相对粘结强度提高的结论。最后根据实测的荷载滑移曲线的结果,拟合出适用于再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结滑移本构关系表达式。
Studying the bond-slip property between recycled concrete and steel bar is one of the basic work to promote the application of recycled concrete. Through the pull test, pull out the test of 72 recycled concrete specimens. Based on the test results, the influence of recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate, anchorage length of reinforcement, type of rebar and diameter of rebar on the bond performance between recycled concrete and rebar was analyzed. With the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the relative bond strength between recycled concrete and steel bar is improved. Finally, based on the measured results of load slip curves, the constitutive equations of bond slip between recycled concrete and steel bars are fitted.
