以紫薇品种‘金薇’和‘金薇’野生型为试材,利用透射电镜观察比较了供试‘金薇’及其野生型叶肉细胞内叶绿体和线粒体的超微结构,测定了不同时期叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的含量。结果表明:‘金薇’叶肉细胞内,叶绿体和线粒体结构均呈现异常,叶绿体内基粒和基粒片层较少,线粒体内部有空腔,嵴发育不完全;‘金薇’叶片内的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷等4种色素的含量均极显著低于野生型,总叶绿素含量减少的程度大于类胡萝卜素,总叶绿素/类胡萝卜素低至2.0左右,这是导致‘金薇’叶片呈现黄色的直接原因。
