本文主题的加强军校学员英语学习的思考和研究,从而达到培养高素质军事人才之目的。首先分析了军校学员的英语学习动因,学员的特点决定了对融入性动因的缺失,实用性动因发挥着主导作用。除了帮助学员寻找新的实用性动因外,更重要的是帮助他们培养融入性动因。最后本文提出了军校学员英语学习的若干策略。
The theme of this article is to strengthen the thinking and research of cadet English learning so as to achieve the purpose of training high-quality military personnel. Firstly, it analyzes the motivation of cadets in English learning. The characteristics of the cadets decide that the causal motivation of the lack of integration, practical factors play a leading role. In addition to helping trainees find new practical motivation, what is more important is to help them develop a motivation for integration. Finally, this paper puts forward some tactics of cadet English learning.
