华能汕头电厂俄供300MW1号机组在投产试运期间,发现1号轴承后部分轴承瓦温偏高,出现磨损痕迹,其原因是轴瓦与轴颈之间油膜失效局部干磨擦所致。油膜失效的原因是承受过大的负载而使油膜破裂或过薄,这是由于设计时没有考虑到的问题。针对这种情况,提出了采用改变调节间开度差及开启次序的理论依据及实施方法,使问题得到解决,用此方法收效快,费用低,对设计和技术改造具有实际意义。
