近几年,刑讯逼供导致的冤案屡被曝光,沉默权应尽快立法,以保障被告人、嫌疑人的正当权利。文中分析了沉默权的价值和意义及破案效率和司法公正的取舍问题,强调沉默权的设立极为重要。
In recent years, injustice caused by torture has repeatedly been exposed, and the right to silence should be enacted as soon as possible so as to safeguard the legitimate rights of defendants and suspects. The article analyzes the value and significance of the right to silence as well as the efficiency of solving the case and the choice of judicial fairness. Emphasizing the establishment of the right to silence is extremely important.
