事业成败,关键在人。从乡镇国税、地税税务所到国家税务总局,全国税务系统有五级机构、共近80万名在职干部,带队治税,任重道远。自2014年国家税务总局试点探索绩效管理以来,绩效考评指标体系从1.0版不断升级至5.0版,各级税务机关积极推行,已初步形成较为成熟的绩效管理体系,实现了对党中央、国务院重大决策部署和税收重点工作的全覆盖。
