观察微血栓大鼠及其在用不同分子量肝素治疗后的血浆内皮素变化。结果显示,微血栓对照组 ET明显高于正常对照组(n= 6,p<0.05)消低分子量肝素治疗后的微血栓大鼠ET明显下降,接近正常对照组,与未治微血栓对照组比较有明显差异(n=6,p < 0.05);而普通肝素治疗组 ET下降不明显(n= 6,p>0.05);FT与微血栓K值呈相反关系,即K值越小,ET值越高。 结果提示,ET增高也是微血栓引起心血管损害的又一重要原因;实验结果还为临床防治血栓栓塞性疾病、防止血栓形成和扩大的用药选择提供了一个新的途径。
To observe the changes of plasma endothelin in rats with microthrombus and its treatment with different molecular weight heparin. The results showed that the ET of microthrombus control group was significantly higher than that of the control group (n = 6, p <0.05). The ET of microthrombus-treated rats after hypoglycemic heparin treatment was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (N = 6, p <0.05), while the ET in heparin-treated group was not significantly reduced (n = 6, p> 0.05); FT was inversely related to the K value of microthrombus The smaller the K value, the higher the ET value. The results suggest that elevated ET is also another important cause of cardiovascular damage caused by microthrombus. The experimental results also provide a new way for clinical prevention and treatment of thromboembolic diseases, prevention of thrombosis and expansion of drug choice.
