经评审的最低投标价法是我国常用的一种评标办法。本文主要采用文献综述和图表分析的方法,在研究经评审的最低投标价法下评审标准和投标策略相关性的基础上,根据相关学者现有的研究观点,进一步对经评审的最低投标价法下评审标准和投标策略进行分析研究,提出自己的见解,以期为业主在经评审的最低投标价法下识别承包商的投标报价是否低于成本价提供一些借鉴。 The lowest bidding price has been reviewed as a commonly used bid evaluation method in our country. In this paper, the literature review and the chart analysis method are mainly used in this study.
