采用卡尔曼滤波研究酶反应动力学及分析,依据酶存在下过氧化氢放出氧的反应建立了扩展Kalman滤波(EKF)模型,用滤波处理确定了反应速率与起始速率浓度的关系,并估算出酶反应动力学参数Km。采用滤波新方法测定分析物起始浓度。从而建立了一种新的研究酶反应的有效方法,使过氧化氢电极具有更好的可靠性和实用性。
The Kalman filter was used to study the kinetics and analysis of the enzyme reaction. An extended Kalman filter (EKF) model was established based on the reaction of oxygen evolution from hydrogen peroxide in the presence of an enzyme. The relationship between the reaction rate and the initial concentration was determined by filter treatment. Kinase enzyme kinetic parameters Km. A new method of filtration was used to determine the initial analyte concentration. Thus, a new effective method of studying enzyme reaction was established, which made the hydrogen peroxide electrode have better reliability and practicability.
