目的:比较由香菇多糖、银耳多糖、茯苓多糖、虫草多糖、竹荪多糖按10∶7∶1∶3∶18比例组成的复合多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫的影响。方法:复合多糖和各单一多糖均以215 mg/kg通过连续灌胃给予BALB/c小鼠31 d,观察其对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下的影响。结果:复合多糖对于环磷酰胺所致免疫低下的保护和恢复作用多项考察指标均优于各单一多糖,能更好的促进动物血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、s Ig A等免疫球蛋白的分泌,提高体液免疫功能,促进模型动物T淋巴细胞及B淋巴细胞的分化成熟,增强环磷酰胺模型动物脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力。结论:复合多糖与其组成的各单一多糖比较具有更好的免疫增强作用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of polysaccharide from lentinan, tremella fuciformis, tuckahoe polysaccharide, polysaccharides of Cordyceps and polysaccharide from Dictyophora fleece on the immunosuppression in immunosuppressed mice by the ratio of 10: 7:1:3:18. METHODS: BALB / c mice were treated with 215 mg / kg polysaccharides and each single polysaccharide for 31 days. The effects of cyclophosphamide on immunosuppression were observed. Results: The polysaccharides were better than cyclophosphamide in protecting and recovering the immunocompromised mice against multiple polysaccharides, which could better promote the serum immunoglobulin Ig, Ig A, Ig M and s Ig A Protein secretion, increase humoral immune function, promote the differentiation and maturation of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in model animals, and enhance the proliferation of T lymphocytes in the spleen of the animal model of cyclophosphamide. CONCLUSION: The polysaccharide has better immune enhancement effect than the single polysaccharide.
