高频淬火工艺已广泛地用于汽车制造业。由于高频淬火零件的用途不同,对机械性能的要求也不同。概括起来分为三类: 一、要求有良好的耐磨性,如凸轮轴、变速叉等。二、要求有较高的弯曲、扭转强度和弯曲、扭转疲劳强度,如半轴、转向节等。三、要求局部有良好的耐磨性,同时要求整个零件或局部有较高的弯曲、扭转强度和弯曲、扭转疲劳强度,如三肖轴、球头肖、传动系统的零件等。下面就前二类情况分别谈些看法(第三类是前二类的综合)。
