随着重症医学的发展，许多医院相继建立了重证监护病房。由于危重医学在我国还是一门新兴学科，ＩＣＵ隶属关系及人员构成尚缺乏标准模式。纵观国内一些卓有成效的ＩＣＵ，结合我院建立ＩＣＵ的实践，我们认为发展并巩固麻醉人员在ＩＣＵ中的主导作用是ＩＣＵ建设中十分重要的
With the development of intensive medicine, many hospitals have established a full-fledged care unit. As critical medical science is still a new discipline in China, the ICU subordination and personnel composition still lack a standard model. Looking at some of the most effective ICUs in the country and combining the practice of establishing ICUs in our hospital, we believe that the development and consolidation of the leading role of anesthesia personnel in ICUs is very important in the construction of ICUs.
