首次报道在表面活性剂存在下阳离子染料与脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)作用所导致的共振光散射增强 (RLSE)。在pH 10 .4~ 11.8和离子强度低于 0 .0 5 0mol/L的条件下 ,亮绿 (BG)与DNA作用产生 398.0和 46 7.2nm的特征RLSE信号 ,而溴代十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)进一步敏化该RLSE信号。受CTMAB敏化的RLSE信号与 0~ 1.2mg/L的ctDNA和fsDNA呈正比 ,检测限低于 5mg/L。方法成功应用于合成样中DNA的测定。
For the first time, enhanced resonance light scattering (RLSE) resulting from the action of cationic dyes and DNA in the presence of surfactants was reported. Brilliant green (BG) interacted with DNA at 398.0 and 46 7.2 nm for the characteristic RLSE signal at pH 10.4-11.8 and ionic strength below 0.050 mol / L, while bromotetradecane tribromide Methyl ammonium (CTMAB) further sensitized the RLSE signal. The RLSE signal sensitized by CTMAB is proportional to the ctDNA and fsDNA at 0 ~ 1.2mg / L with the detection limit lower than 5mg / L. The method was successfully applied to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples.
