本文通过比较103例前列腺癌和98例前列腺增生(BPH)患者的总游离前列腺特异抗原(PSA)和游离/总前列腺特异抗原比值(F/T比值),表明在包含所有患者时,前列腺癌组和 BPH组患者血清总 PSA水平和 F/T比值均有明显差异(P<0.01),但在总PSA在4.0~10.0ng/ml区间时,两组患者的总PSA的水平无显著差异,而前列腺患者组的 F/T比值却明显低于 BPH组(P<0.01)。通过对敏感性和特异性的分析表明,在总 PSA4. 0~10. 0ng/ml区间时,在相同的敏感性的情况下,F/T比值对前列腺癌诊断的特异性明显高于 PAS。提示在总 PSA4. 0~10. 0ng/ml区间, F/T比值可明显提高前列腺癌与 BPH的鉴别诊断能力。
