Mr. Lu Xun has repeatedly lamented his unlucky youth experience, reading books are a large part of the pressure, not a picture, read boring, drowsy. He envied Western children’s ability to read the illustrated books. During his lifetime he had made many appeals for children’s books, such as comic books and illustrations in textbooks, and did many specific tasks. He believes that “the illustrations in the book, although originally intended to decorate the books, increase the reader’s interest, but that power can not help the text.” Therefore, he maintains that textbooks should have beautiful illustrations, and other literary books should also have fine Illustration.
