马桑又名毒空木,为多年生落叶灌木,其果实如豌豆大,色红味甜,有剧毒。我院曾一次收治急性马桑中毒8例,现报道如下。一、临床资料 1.一般资料:本组病例集中在5月,均为农村儿童。男2例,女6例。年龄11～15岁。食人马桑果量,据粗略估计,食15克1人;30克左右5人;50～60克2人。发病时间,食后1小时左右起病者5人,3小时后发病者3人。 2.临床表现:食后0.5～3小时均出现恶心呕吐,腹部不适,头昏,胸闷,流涎。重症5例,均出现强直性抽搐。抽时神志不清,口唇发绀,四肢抽搐,躁动,心跳减慢,呼吸急促,瞳孔缩小。每次抽搐
