一侧肾切除后,有两个重要改变,即肾单位减少一半及余留肾的功能负荷增加一倍。可以设想,促进余留肾的代偿性生长(肥大和增生),可能与肾单位功能负荷过重或肾组织减少有关。本文目的为探讨一侧肾切除后,引起余留肾代偿性生长的机制。肾功能负荷过重对肾代偿性生长的影响一侧肾切除后,血液内代谢尾产物增加,使余留肾的排泄负荷过重。Addis等(1962)在实验动物的食物中添加酸或碱并未发现肾脏重量增加。Osborne等(1927)在实验动物的食物中添加无机盐或尿素,对肾脏的大小无明显影响。Bollman
One side of the nephrectomy, there are two important changes, that is, to reduce the nephron in half and the functional load of the remaining kidney doubled. It can be assumed that the promotion of compensatory growth of remaining kidneys (hypertrophy and hyperplasia) may be related to overloaded renal function or reduced renal tissue. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of compensatory growth of residual kidneys after one-side nephrectomy. Effects of overloaded kidney function on compensatory growth of kidneys After the nephrectomy, the tail metabolites in the blood increase, leaving the excretion load of the remaining kidneys too heavy. Addis et al. (1962) added acid or alkali to laboratory animals and found no increase in kidney weight. Osborne et al. (1927) added mineral salts or urea to the diet of experimental animals, with no significant effect on the size of the kidneys. Bollman
