针对超大尺寸加固液晶显示模块存在的关键技术问题给出了解决方案,如宽温液晶材料的合成,条形宽幅双驱动液晶面板的设计制作,液晶模块的抗振动冲击、阳光可读性等,实现了液晶材料、显示屏、显示模组整个链条技术的突破。且针对超大尺寸显示器造成的光污染,提出一种解决思路。依据光纤面板的角度截止作用,控制显示模块出射光线的角度,消除显示模块有效视角外的杂散光来减小反射,达到控制光污染的目的。
