根据国务院批准的《中长期铁路网规划》,到2020年我国将建成1万公里客运专线。按计划, 铁道部今年将开工建设武广、郑西、石太、京津、合宁、武合、温福、福厦、甬温9条铁路客运专线,总规模达3220公里。改革开放以来,我国铁路旅客需求一直保持旺盛的增长势头。然而铁路运输能力严重不足,特别是春节、“五一”、“十一”等节假日,客流猛增, 运输供需矛盾十分尖锐。其中京沪、京哈、京广、陇海等干线运能缺口非常严重,许多区段能力利用率已达100%,远不能满足日益增长的旅客运输需求。
According to the “Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan” approved by the State Council, China will build 10,000 km of passenger dedicated lines by 2020. According to the plan, the Ministry of Railways will start the construction of 9 railway passenger dedicated lines of Wuhan-Guangzhou, Zhengxi, Shitai, Beijing-Tianjin, Heining, Wuhe, Wenfu, Fuxia and Yongwen this year with a total scale of 3,220 kilometers. Since the reform and opening up, China’s railway passenger demand has maintained a strong growth momentum. However, there is a serious shortage of railway transportation capacity. In particular, during the holidays such as the Spring Festival, the May Day holiday and the November 11 holiday, passenger flow soars sharply and the contradiction between supply and demand in transportation is very sharp. Including Beijing, Shanghai, Jingha, Beijing-Guangzhou, Longhai and other trunk transport capacity gap is very serious, capacity utilization in many areas has reached 100%, far can not meet the growing passenger transport needs.
