用D60、58SiMn、60Si2Mn3种弹钢材料在Gleeble-1500型热力模拟机上进行了温变形压缩实验,综合分析了各种变形条件以及变形组织对流变应力的影响,建立了常用弹钢温成形时的塑性流变力学模型及方程。通过分析比较,总结了弹钢温变形的一般规律,为采用温成形工艺生产弹体提供了依据。
The deformation experiments on the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator were carried out with D60, 58SiMn and 60Si2Mn steel materials. The influences of various deformation conditions and deformation microstructure on the flow stress were analyzed. Plastic rheological mechanics model and equation. Through the analysis and comparison, the general rules of the deformation of the steel are summed up, which provides a basis for the production of the projectile by the warm forming process.
