一、前言独立式烟囱高度大于60米时部采用钢筋混凝土筒身。但这种结构也存在一些值得探讨的问题。首先,高烟囱上部一段筒身,钢筋混凝土的受力性能没有得到充分的利用,其安全裕度比中下段大得多;第二,高烟囱由于构造上必须设置砖砌内衬,在施工中为了克服由此带来的困难,增加了一笔可观的费用。笔者试图为初步解决这两个问题,提出一个由钢筋混凝土和砖砌体共同组合成筒身的设计方案,本文仅就其设计和计算问题,提出一些看法,供讨论。
I. INTRODUCTION When the height of a free-standing chimney is greater than 60 meters, a reinforced concrete body is used. However, this structure also has some problems worth exploring. First, the upper section of the upper chimney of the high chimney has not been fully utilized in the stress performance of reinforced concrete, and its safety margin is much larger than that in the middle and lower sections; secondly, the high chimney must be provided with a brick lining for its construction. In order to overcome the difficulties caused by this, a considerable amount of money was added. In order to solve these two problems initially, the author proposes a design scheme that consists of a combination of reinforced concrete and brick masonry. This article only puts forward some views on the design and calculation issues for discussion.
