本文从员工主体的角度研究晋升问题,运用结构方程模型验证晋升力、任职经历评价、能力积累三者之间的关系。结果表明:任职经历评价能够正向预测员工晋升力及员工能力积累;员工能力积累作为任职经历评价与员工晋升力之间的中介变量,能够正向预测员工晋升力。因此,任职经历变量可以用于衡量员工各岗位能力积累程度,员工晋升力可成为企业公平公正选拔人才的客观依据。
This article studies the issue of promotion from the perspective of employee’s main body, and uses the structural equation model to verify the relationship between promotion power, service experience evaluation and ability accumulation. The results show that the evaluation of working experience positively predicts the promotion power of employees and the accumulation of employees ’ability. The accumulation of employees’ ability as an intermediary variable between evaluation of service experience and employee promotion power can positively predict employee promotion power. Therefore, experience variables can be used to measure the ability of employees to accumulate various positions, employee promotion force can become an objective and fair selection of enterprises based on the criteria.
