目的:对1例糖尿病患者肾移植术后注射鱼精蛋白致过敏的病例进行用药分析。方法:分析导致患者发生过敏反应的原因,探讨预防及救治措施。结果:过敏是注射鱼精蛋白的常见不良反应,糖尿病史和用药史及肾移植是本例过敏事件的高危因素。结论:加强合并糖尿病肾移植患者的用药监护十分必要。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug-induced cases of protamine-induced allergy in one diabetic patient after kidney transplantation. Methods: To analyze the causes of allergic reactions in patients, to explore prevention and treatment measures. Results: Allergy was a common adverse reaction to protamine injection. The history of diabetes mellitus and drug use and kidney transplantation were risk factors of allergic events in this case. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the medication supervision of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
