航天电连接器具有可靠性高、寿命长的特点,为解决其接触可靠性评估问题,通过分析其接触失效机理,指出在温度应力下的接触失效物理模型为Arrhenius方程,接触寿命服从两参数的Weibull分布,并在此基础上建立了接触可靠性统计模型;研究了航天电连接器步进应力加速寿命试验方法,利用极大似然估计和Nelson累积失效模型,提出了试验数据的统计分析方法。通过对某型航天电连接器实施步进应力加速寿命试验,得到了正常温度应力水平下接触可靠性特征参数估计值。研究结果表明,提出的模型与方法是有效的。
Aerospace electrical connector has the characteristics of high reliability and long service life. To solve the contact reliability evaluation problem, the contact failure mechanism under temperature stress is pointed out that the physical model of contact failure under temperature stress is Arrhenius equation, and the contact life obeys two parameters Weibull distribution, and based on this, a statistical model of contact reliability is established. The test method for accelerating life of stepping stress in aerospace electrical connectors is studied. Based on the maximum likelihood estimation and the Nelson cumulative failure model, a statistical analysis method of experimental data . Through the step-stress accelerated life test of a certain aerospace electrical connector, the estimated contact reliability parameters at normal temperature stress level are obtained. The results show that the proposed models and methods are effective.
