目的:运用光谱成像技术快速鉴别中药五加皮与混淆品香加皮,为其质量控制和品质鉴别提供新的方法。方法:应用电可控液晶滤光光谱成像装置,测定不同市售来源的香加皮饮片5种,五加皮饮片2种。光谱最高分辨率5nm,光谱范围400~680nm,空间分辨率4000×4000。从成像光谱立方体中提取特征光谱,构建其指纹图谱,并用类平均距离法等方法进行聚类分析。结果:五加皮和香加皮的光谱成像指纹图谱相似度分析与其中药鉴定学结果相吻合。结论:光谱成像技术可用于中药真伪鉴别和质量评价,其操作方法简便、快捷、无损。
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly identify Chinese traditional medicine, Jiajianpi and Xiangjiapi by using spectral imaging technique, to provide a new method for quality control and quality identification. Methods: Electrically-controlled liquid crystal filter spectral imaging device was used to determine five kinds of Xiangjiapi Pieces and two kinds of Wujiapi Pieces from different commercial sources. The highest spectral resolution of 5nm, spectral range of 400 ~ 680nm, spatial resolution of 4000 × 4000. The characteristic spectrum was extracted from the imaging spectral cube, and its fingerprint was constructed. The cluster analysis was performed by using the method of average distance. Results: The similarity analysis of spectral fingerprint of Wujiapi and Xiangkapi coincided with that of Chinese traditional medicine. Conclusion: Spectral imaging can be used to authenticate authenticity and quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. Its operation method is simple, rapid and non-destructive.
